Dr. Bre Hayward founded Phase Theory Beauty Co.™ after years of building Baby Hair® and listening closely to the questions consumers asked about their hair — about growth, breakage, scalp care, ingredients, and which claims are actually supported by evidence. Those questions became the foundation for something larger than a product company.
