Customer satisfaction is our first priority. We proudly offer high-quality, luxury hair extensions — all bundles and wigs are made from 100% Raw Indian Hair. Other hair types may be available by request via email.

We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make every purchase a positive experience. Each piece is carefully hand-inspected by our fulfillment team before shipping.

Because our products are made from raw human hair, every bundle or wig is unique — we cannot guarantee exact color or texture matches.

Raw Indian human hair is naturally unique; no two donors have identical texture or color.

Photos on our website provide an approximate representation. Your order may vary slightly in curl pattern, coarseness, or wave — this is expected and normal.

We supply only unprocessed raw Indian virgin hair in natural shades of 1B (Off Black / Natural Dark Brown).

If you choose to color or chemically process your hair:

• It can take permanent, semi-permanent, and cellophane dyes well.

• We recommend professional coloring only — do not bleach or color at home without a licensed stylist.

• High-quality dyes (e.g., Adore) are recommended.

• Custom coloring adds 7–10 business days (excluding shipping).

• Color-treated hair should be maintained with color-safe shampoo.

• All custom/batch-processed colors will fade over time, as natural hair does.

Important: Coloring, lifting, or bleaching may alter the texture. We are not responsible for any change or damage once the product is chemically altered.

➡️ Refunds and exchanges will NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We are proud of our products and the integrity of our hair. While we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy, we do allow exchanges for uncompromised, unopened items in their original packaging within 5 days of receipt.

How to Exchange:

• Email customerservice@phasetheory.com with your concerns and intended exchange.

• Ship the original item(s) via a trackable carrier to: Phase Theory Beauty Co., 15534 W Hardy Rd, Ste 175, Houston, Texas 77060

• Email us the return tracking number and your desired replacement item.

• Include your original packing slip and a handwritten note requesting your exchange.

By submitting an exchange, you authorize us to charge or refund any price difference.
